06:30: Departure from Hanoi to Sapa (ticket at your own expense).
Please be present at the designated meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street the day before departure to complete check-in procedures before boarding the bus to Sapa.
Our buses serving regular bookings often pass by locations such as the University of Languages and International Studies, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Zone, and Noi
Bai International Airport, then continue via the Noi Bai–Lao Cai Expressway. Therefore, we can arrange pickup at these points.
13:00 – 13:30: Arrive in Sapa and check in.
Upon arrival in Sapa, our local guide and vehicle will pick you up and transfer you to a restaurant for lunch.
After lunch, proceed with hotel check-in and enjoy some free time at your leisure.
Afternoon activities: Visit Fansipan
15:00: The guide and vehicle will pick you up for a visit to Fansipan Legend by cable car, beginning an unforgettable journey to the “Roof of Indochina,” standing 3,143 meters above sea level. You will take the cable car up the mountain and then walk to the summit to enjoy the fresh air and take in the breathtaking panoramic views from above. (Cable car ticket not included).

16:00: Visit Ban May at Sun World Fansipan Legend – a place that brings together the cultural beauty of the Northwest in one setting, making it easy for visitors to experience. This is the only place in Sapa where you can explore the life of various highland ethnic minorities such as the H’mong, Xa Pho, Tay, Giay, Red Dao, Thai, and Lao all in a single day, at the same location.
17:30: The vehicle and guide will transfer you back to your hotel in downtown Sapa.
19:00: The guide will take you for dinner, after which you are free to explore the bustling nightlife of Sapa.
08:30 – 11:00: The trekking journey begins in the center of Sapa town, leading to Y Linh Ho Village – a peaceful hamlet nestled on the mountainside. Crossing a suspension bridge spanning a deep valley, you will continue along winding dirt paths that weave through lush green terraced fields.
The natural scenery comes alive along the poetic Muong Hoa Stream, guiding your steps to Lao Chai Village – home to the Black H’Mong people. From here, the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range unfolds before your eyes, like a breathtaking masterpiece of nature in the heart of Vietnam’s Northwest highlands.
11:00 – 12:00: Stopping at a traditional Black H’Mong house, visitors will have the opportunity to explore its distinctive rustic architecture and listen to cultural stories passed down through generations, offering a vivid reflection of the life and spirit of the highland people in Vietnam’s Northwest.
12:00: Experience local life by joining the Lao Chai villagers in the kitchen, preparing traditional dishes with your own hands, and gathering around a simple table to enjoy a warm, flavorful highland lunch.

14:00: Continuing the trekking journey along winding mountain paths, visitors will arrive at Ta Van Village – home to the gentle Giay people. The peaceful scenery unfolds with rustic stilt houses and endless terraced rice fields, reflecting the distinctive culture of this highland ethnic community.
15:30 – 17:00: Guests check in at a homestay in Ta Van Village, then enjoy free time to relax, stroll around the village, and take in the scenery.
18:00: Guests will have dinner at the homestay and enjoy time for leisure and relaxation.
08:00 – 08:30: Guests wake up, freshen up, have breakfast, and check out (luggage can be left at the reception).
08:30 – 11:30: Guests will begin a 4.5 km trekking journey to explore Giang Ta Chai Village – an adventure that connects you with the nature and people of Vietnam’s Northwest.
Along the way, you will admire winding terraced rice fields, lush green bamboo forests, and cascading white waterfalls in the heart of the mountains. The trek also takes you through a Red Dao ethnic village, where traditional culture is still preserved in its original form.

Here, you will have the opportunity to visit a traditional Red Dao house, learn about their daily way of life, and take part in a hands-on embroidery activity – creating your own bracelet as a keepsake infused with the essence of local culture.
11:30 – 13:30: Guests will join in preparing and savoring distinctive dishes rich in the mountain flavors of Sapa’s Red Dao people, then enjoy free time to relax and take in the scenery.
13:30 – 14:30: Guests continue walking along a 1.5 km trail to visit the ancient Cau May (Rattan Bridge) – a famous suspension bridge set amid Sapa’s majestic nature, an ideal spot to capture memorable moments.
14h30: The vehicle and guide will transfer you back to your hotel in downtown Sapa. You are then free to explore Sapa at your leisure.
